The event is FREE, however, we ask you consider making a donation to the Hub.

Participants will get to choose fabrics in a variety of colors, textures, and patterns from the Hub's ZeroLandfill department. You will use stencils to cut letters. Your host, Amy Gable of Yam Happy, will demo a few basic stitches to apply your letters to your banner. Use your banner over and over again at celebrations for years to come! Yay for reducing waste!

There is no age restriction, however, participants with hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills is highly recommended. (For example able to tie shoes or able to cut with with scissors). You will use scissors to cut, and will sew and thread with needles. Adult must be signed up with child(ren) and each must sign up as a participant.

This event is for crafts only and we are unable to accommodate shopping or recycling drop off during the event time. The doors for this event close at 6:15 and late entry is not permitted.

A tour of our warehouse will be given during the event as long as we secure enough volunteers!
