Hub All-Star
Quick Start Guide
Congratulations on becoming a Hub All-Star! With your new Hub Club membership you can begin to recycle a wide range of household materials and divert waste from the landfill—making our community a healthier place. A few ways to help you get started:
1. Educate yourself
Sign up for an educational course: Every Thursday morning through October, we will be hosting a brief in-person informational session to educate new customers. Space is limited so click here to sign up online today!
Review what items are accepted: The recyclable items included in the Hub Club membership can be found here. We also accept many reuseable items for local charities and resellable items for our thrift store. Items in our E-Waste Plus collection are not included in the membership, but can be recycled for additional fees.

2. Start Collecting!
Don’t get overwhelmed…start with a few items/streams that comprise a majority of your waste. Maybe it is produce clamshells (rigid plastic #1), or produce bags (soft plastic #2 & 4), or take-out containers (rigid plastic #5). Simply set up a box or bag at home to collect them in (each stream needs to be collected separately) and you’re on your way! Remember to make sure the items are free of food and debris. When your containers get full, bring them to us for recycling!
3. Drop off your items
Now it’s time to visit the Hub! You can bring your items to our Lower Price Hill location every Tuesday (10-2), Thursday, (12-6), or Saturday (10-2), or to our Loveland location on the first Saturday of each month from 10-12. Go to the Customer Service desk and check in with your Hub Club QR code (which can be downloaded to your phone from the emailed invoice) or with your last name or email. Then you can drop off your items in their respective bins, and don’t worry, our staff and volunteers are there to help you!
