Electronics & Universal Waste items

The Hub also accepts a wide range of Universal Waste materials that may require extra processing or may contain hazardous components. This requires additional fees for proper handling and includes items such as batteries, lightbulbs, e-waste, tires, and more. These materials should be sorted at home and then dropped off at our Universal Waste station at the Hub. A full list of accepted items and corresponding costs are below.   • Appliances (battery-powered)
