How To Shop

Before you visit:

● Check our hours!

● Call ahead the day of - we don’t always have enough volunteers to keep the fourth floor open for shopping, so if you are making a special trip to shop please call ahead to 513-629-9040.

● Consider bringing a reusable tote bag for your items - we have shopping baskets available, but you will not be able to take these out of the Hub.

When you arrive:

● Park in the gated lot on Woodrow Street. Our address is 911 Evans Street which is the front of the building. The gated lot is on the backside of the building. See this map for assistance.

● Enter at the main doors, and wait by the elevator to the right of the entrance. A volunteer or employee operates the elevator throughout the day, and will assist in taking you up the fourth floor to shop. Please be patient for a few minutes, as we are moving both people and recyclables up and down with this elevator!

● SHOP! Feel free to shop around the fourth floor and take a look at all of the available items. Please be respectful of clearly marked off areas, as these are personal office spaces or warehouse spaces that are closed off for your safety. While you never know what you might find, we ALWAYS have fabric, tile, egg cartons, clothing hangers, gardening pots, binders, and office/school supplies. See photos below!

● Before you leave, make sure you have a Hub team member assist you with weighing and recording the items you take. This is how we track the amount of material we divert from the landfill through recycling and reuse. *Items are free to keep the Hub’s resources accesible to everyone, but donations of any amount are welcome and appreciated. A team member will take you back downstairs via the elevator.
