How To Drop Off

Before you visit:

● Check our hours

● Review our list of what we take, and pre-sort items as much as possible - check out our general quick guide and soft plastics quick guide for assistance.

● Be sure that all items are CLEAN and DRY. Sticker labels are okay.

● Sort plastics by number and nest like items (cups, cartons, etc.)

● Call ahead for large drop-offs (refrigerators, etc.)

When you arrive:

● Park in the gated lot on Woodrow Street. Our address is 911 Evans Street which is the front of the building. The gated lot is on the backside of the building. See this map for assistance.

● Call the number for the Hub (513-629-9040) if no one is at the open door. Volunteers will direct you where to park for your items to be inspected to ensure recycling eligibility. Any items with fees will be processed. Cash preferred to minimize fees. No checks - credit cards are accepted.

● Check in using the QR code displayed in the Hub - this helps us earn more grants!

● Sort your items into their respective categories. Volunteers will help you if you have questions!

● Email and zip codes will be collected for grant tracking purposes and to ensure all of our region is being served.

● Photographs are sometimes being taken at the Hub in order to update our photo stock. Your image may be featured on the CRRH website or future publication materials. If you see a photographer and prefer not to be photographed, please notify someone from the Hub or the photographer.
